Michelle is the owner of Virtual Hand and has over 30 years experience in the world of office administration and over 15 years experience at Senior and Board level, gained in a variety of industries; Finance, Textiles, Charity, Advertising, Marketing and Distribution; all in Yorkshire.
She is a fully qualified trainer in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook) having delivered to corporate clients as well as within the community for local government.
Having also gained qualifications in coaching she appreciates the ‘world’ of trainers and coaches and to this end loves to support others who train and coach.

Michelle is a Virtual Assistant and trades under the name Gibson VA. With over 15 years experience working within legal, PA and administrative roles together with her flare for photography and creativity, Michelle applies her skill set to her tasks and produces results to a high quality.

Anna is a Virtual Assistant, trading as WhitwoodHAS Virtual PA Services. She was born and brought up in Malvern, Worcestershire and now resides in Whitwood, West Yorkshire.
Anna has worked in office administration, business development and client relations since 2001, and has dealt with many clients, including most of the major UK insurance companies, warranty companies and logistics firms.
Anna is proficient in MS Office, and has an excellent working knowledge of social media including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook & much more. She also has experience in diary management, customer services, transcription, article simplification, research, and a wide range of general administration tasks.

Emma Kennett (Virtual Assistant)
Emma is a Virtual Assistant who trades as Esteem PA Services. Since 1993 she has worked in offices and has a strong experience in customer service and sales in backgrounds such as banking, kitchen trade wholesale and retail and confectionery.
For the last 5 years, Emma has worked as a PA for a Private Equity house and more recently as a PA for a corporate finance company and a top level banking and finance recruitment company. Emma’s strengths lie in event planning and management, email and diary management, travel and accommodation, lifestyle management, social media updates, CV Writing, Powerpoint and all MS Office applications.
Emma also has a creative flare and enjoys freelance kitchen design using Fusion 20/20 design software.
